Puree Love: Feeding Your Baby the Healthiest Way

I may not have a baby of my own, yet, but my nephews grew with me.  So I know how to take  care of the young ones.  And the transition between milk to solid food is a fun time for mommies and Aunts everywhere. It’s the perfect time to experiment with fruits and vegetables as you slowly introduce new food groups to your child. :)

When it comes to feeding babies, mommies have long relied on pureed fruits and vegetables to get the job done. 
Below are some age-appropriate mommy puree favorites for every stage.

Baby applesauce for 4 months and above.  
With just the right amount of baby apples and a reliable food processor or blender, you can let your little one enjoy the many benefits of apples. Babies love its sweet taste while enjoying the abundance of vitamin C and fiber.
